Policies

Please take some time to go over our policy below.

Deposit: To secure your appointment, a $100 (or $200 for correction clients) non-refundable deposit (no exceptions) is required at the time of scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fee on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance is due during your scheduled appointment.

• $100 or $175 (depending on the appointment) deposit is required for follow up (touch up) prior to your appointment. Your appointment will be canceled if no deposit is made within 48hrs. Shabnambrows Llc will call or text to confirm your follow up appointment (should you need it) Please note that shabnambrows Llc will reserves the right to cancel your appointment if deposit is not made on time. 

Cancellation: Our time is valuable as well as yours and as a courtesy to shabnambrows Llc , should you need to cancel, please do so a minimum of 48 hours before your allotted appointment time. If you do not inform us within 48 hours you will lose your deposit.

No Show: If you do not show for a scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refunded . You will be banned from any future bookings 

Touch-Up No Show: If you decide to not show up for your touch up, your appointment will be canceled 10 minutes after your appointment time. You may call the office to reschedule your touch up and must pay a new deposit. 

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule you would have to inform us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Your appointment will be rescheduled depending on our availability and the old price will not be honored. Our policy allows for only one reschedule while keeping your deposit. If you need to reschedule for the second time, you will lose your deposit. There is no third rescheduling. If you fail to inform us within less than 48 hours you will lose your deposit.

FOLLOW-UP RESCHEDULE: If you need to reschedule your follow-up appointment and your rescheduling falls past three months of your initial appointment, the price for 3-6 month follow-up will apply. No exception.

Late: All appointments are scheduled to allow ample time for all clients. We understand that unforeseen events may happen, I advise you to inform us as soon as possible. There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are late for more than 15 minutes there will be a $50 late fee. If you are late more than 25 minutes your appointment will be canceled and rescheduling with a new deposit will be required, the new price will apply.

Touch up late: If you are late more than 10 minutes for your touch up appointment, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. 

All existing clients who have bookings with shabnambrows Llc are excluded from any and all model call. 

·       Pets: No pets are allowed exception is only service dogs

·       Children: No allowed children 🚫

.  EXTRA GUESTS: Due to space limitation, please do not bring more than 1 guest with you. We want to give our clients a quiet, relaxing experience here at shabnambrows Llc.

·       Prices are subject to change without notice, however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking. (not in case of rescheduling)

We have the right to refuse service to anyone
